We want you to like what you ordered, but in the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in a good condition, is damaged or defective or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may exchange the merchandise ( “item”, “product”, “goods” ) unused, we’ll give you an exchange on that piece in another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. This is subject to you give a receipt or proof of purchase and the original item being exchanged is in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, and is given for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered and,

however if an item is in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and the value of the item has been reduced, in such cases we offer no exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your exchange would be processed.

1. Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged subject to all above conditions  are met.
