RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to like what you ordered, but in the unlikely event that anymerchandise you have ordered from us is not received in a good condition , isdamaged or defective or if merchandise delivered is different from what you hadordered, you may exchange the merchandise ( “item”, “product”, “goods” ) unused,we’ll give you an exchange on that piece in another colour, a different size, or anentirely new style. This is subject to you give a receipt or proof of purchase and theoriginal item being exchanged is in the same condition as you received it, in itsoriginal packaging with original tags, and is given for an exchange, within 7 days fromthe date on which these goods are delivered and,however if an item is in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or wornand the value of the item has been reduced, in such cases we offer no exchange.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging youritem.Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, yourexchange would be processed.Please note:1. Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged subject toall above conditions are met.2. Items will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and in its originalpackaging with original tags still attached. Exchange items that are damaged may notbe accepted and may be sent back to the customer who will be responsible forpaying the shipping costs.3. Depending on where the customer live, the time it may take for the exchangedproduct to reach customer may vary.4. This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out ourpolicies and procedures towards return & exchange of products purchased on theChunari Fashion Medium. By using the Chunari Fashion Medium, you expressly agreeto be bound by the Terms and the Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agreewith any of the Terms or Return & Exchange Policy , please do not use the ChunariFashion Medium.5. To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@chunarifashion.com .
